My name is Elze van den Akker.
I am a Dutch freelance illustrator trying to bring joy and happiness with my art. I specialize in playful, bold, and colourful illustrations for grown ups that children may enjoy too.
Papercut collage is the starting point of all my artwork but I like to add black pencil drawing or do something completely different
every once in a while. Basically I love to play and hope my art makes your heart sing.
Making animals, floral illustrations, and imaginative landscapes is what I love to to do most.
There is this tiny appartement in Amsterdam that I pay rent for, love to bits and call my home but often you'll find me somewhere else playing.
